About the Client

An Argentine company with vast experience designing industrial exhibitors for showcasing fresh and elaborated food in retail stores around the world.

The Challenge

Positioned as an industrial company, the client has a strong presence in retail stores as a provider of physical experiences. As part of its digital transformation process, the client was looking to generate a new experience extending the reach of its products giving consumers a holistic interaction combining both the physical and the digital world.

The Solution

We designed a web-kiosk platform allowing the display of digital campaigns in big touch screens which were embedded in the physical structure. Including a centralised Content Management System (CMS) for creating content pieces that were then distributed through a synchronization process to all the screens in the different stores.

We launched two initial campaigns, Wine and Cheese Experience, for one of the biggest retail chains in South Africa.

Key Achievement

  • End-to-end design of the technical solution including multiple components from the on-screen experience to the content management and its distribution.
  • Using industry-standard technology we were able to create an agnostic solution that can connect different types of screens, simplifying the deployment of new campaigns in different locations.
  • Collaborated with the product design team to ensure a seamless integration of the new digital experience with the physical structure.
